How unfortunate is it when you take a vacation only to find that everyone in your city of relaxation and adventure is rude and unpleasant to deal with? I recently went to Washington D.C. to do some exploring in the nation’s capital. I had heard such wonderful things about it, but then I arrived and it was like no one in the city knew what they were talking about. Restaurants, bars, historic landmarks and hostesses were all miserable to deal with.
