In a recent survey in Shape magazine they revealed some summertime stresses and what most ladies were willing to give up in order to score the physical appearance they are aiming for.

Being healthy isn't just about how you look; it's also about how you feel!  Sure, it's a nice feeling to step off the scale happy with your weight, and that's definitely a huge part of taking care of yourself, but stress is a big killer!  It's important to keep your mind and soul every bit as fine tuned as your body!  Yoga is a great way to accomplish that.  It combines physical fitness with mental and emotional well being.

To put it out there plain and simple, allergy season stinks! Breathing becomes a hassle. Your eyes are irritated and runny and your whole head is throbbing. To make matters worse, some people even get the pleasure of some itchy added hives to give their skin that wonderful (totally kidding) red and painful glow.

There are certain things that can be done to give your body a break this season, but most of us tend to slip up in these areas or just wait too long to react. Even those of us who love to exercise have trouble finding the motivation to get off the couch and head to the gym sometimes; especially around Daylight Savings Time. AskMen.com has released a list of great ways to push yourself to put down the potato chips and hit the treadmill! Don’t give up on those New Year’s resolutions yet. It’s only March!
