The Fifty Shades trilogy continues to dominate the NYT Best Sellers list, and now the erotic novels have inspired an album. Pop/R&B singer JoJo (Joanna Noëlle Blagden Levesque) is a big fan of the series and says the bondage books have influenced work on her upcoming album, Jumping Trains.

"I will say reading Fifty Shades of Grey kind of inspires me, it inspired my work", JoJo told MTV in a Skype interview. "It's some freaky sh--! I love it!”

Penned by E.L. James, the Fifty Shades trilogy is about a young woman who falls into a BDSM relationship with a filthy rich business tycoon. The series has sold 31 million copies worldwide, and a Fifty Shades movie is reportedly in the works.

However, JoJo, who starred in RV with Robin Williams, has no interest in appearing in the film, though there’s one Hollywood hunk she’d love to see cast.

"I'm sure there's someone who can do a way more fantastic job then me,” the singer said. “I want Ryan Gosling to play the guy, I think that would be really dope. I just want to see Ryan Gosling doing those things."

Discovered on America’s Most Talented Kids, JoJo, 21, has released such hits as “Leave (Get Out),” “Baby It’s You,” and “Too Little Too Late.” The singer/actress has also starred or appeared in The Bernie Mac Show, American Dreams, and Aquamarine.
