We’ve filled you in on world records like the largest bikini parade, oldest newlyweds and the largest gumball, but this recent Guinness Record is a pretty unique tribute to a book/movie series that has turned normal teens into obsessive crazies! If you’re thinking that this has something to do with the Twilight Saga, you’re absolutely right!

Fans lined up days before the premiere of the most recent movie, Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn- Part 1, and even faked engagements to try on the designer wedding gown that Kristen Stewarts character wore in the movie. It’s no surprise at all that they are going to extremes to commemorate the film.

Over the weekend, fans celebrated the DVD release of the most recent film in the series by attempting to set the world record for longest chain of brides in one location. We haven’t gotten the final word yet on whether or not they were able to accomplish their goals, but it was definitely an interesting sight! What do you think of the Twilight series?
